1.1 How do I purchase products

(a)   You must register an account.  You are required to enter the required information to create an account, including certain personal and payment details.

(b)   To complete a purchase, you must follow the steps for selecting and then purchasing the products at checkout, including acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

(c)   We may reject your order and refund any sums you paid within 14 calendar days.

1.2 What payment methods can I use?

1.3 Do you deliver outside the UK?

(a)   We delivery only to those destinations that can be selected via the Website (within the UK) or otherwise arranged by contacting us directly.

(b)   We rely on third party delivery and reserve the right to cancel any order outside the UK, if delivery cannot be arranged.

1.4 What address should I use?

(a)    You may enter a different delivery address and billing address.

(b)   Your billing address must match the address on file with your credit card or payment provider, exactly as it appears on your credit card statement or account.

1.5 When will my credit card be charged?

(a)  Purchases will be charged to your card the day your order is placed.

(b)   If physical delivery is requested, the shipping fee will be charged at the same time or when your order ships. This may result in more than one transaction on your credit card.

1.6 Do I have to pay VAT?

(a)   VAT is calculated and charged on all sales within the UK.   Any VAT charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address has been entered during checkout.

(b)   VAT and other tax-exempt individuals and entities can request a refund of the tax paid on an order. You can email us with your order number and a copy of your receipt or invoice, together with a copy of any tax-exempt certificate (the billing or shipping address on the order must match the address on the certificate).

1.7 Will any further charges be applied?

(a)   All pricing remains subject to change, in which case we may contact you with a chance to vary or cancel your order.

(b)   You are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes and other charges, including the transaction costs and other charges associated with your selected payment method.

1.8 How do I get a copy of my invoice?

a)   You can print a copy of your invoice from the Order Information page or request one from us by email.

1.9 Can I resell products purchased from the website?

(a)   No, Products are sold for individual use and must not be resold

1.10 When can I expect delivery?

(a)   Standard delivery is expected within 7 working days.

(b)   Next day delivery (available at a cost of £5.00, or free for orders over £30.00) is expected on the next working day (excludes bank holidays) provided you order before 4pm.

(c)   All deliveries within the UK will be fulfilled by Royal Mail.

1.12 How does the Loyalty scheme work? Can I transfer points?

(a)  You may be credited with 1 point for each £1.00 spent on qualifying purchases.

(b)   Points can then be redeemed (at checkout) for qualifying purchases  – 1 point buys £0.10.

(c)   Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

1.13 How can I return my purchase?

(a)   You must contact us within 14 days and complete the relevant cancellation or returns form.

(b)  You must refer to the Returns Policy which governs returns, cancellations and refunds.

1.14 Will I be charged customs and import charges?

(a)   No customs or import charges will apply for deliveries within the UK.

(b)   You are solely responsible for any customs and import charges for delivery outside the UK.

1.15 What if i can't find my clothing size?

(a)   Please contact us if you can’t find your size, we may be able to arrange something for you.

1.16 What do I do if my product breaks?

(a)   Most manufacturers will provide support for defective products – so we recommend you contact them for direct assistance.  If you are unable to get help, you may contact us to resolve your complaint.
